I want to loose my weight
Hello dr. i am 27 year old. i got married in jan 2019 , that time my weight was 71 but withing an year my weight increased almost 20 kg.. i am 89.6kg now... also having swelling on ankle ... last month i have started dieting and excersicing but i think i was doing it wrong as it affected my period cycle. please explain why i am having too much weight gain. And suggest some diet.

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet. If there is water retention in your feets ,you need to treat it first by taking water retention diet .Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Hi You should always lose weight with the healthy diet in a healthy way as we get harmful effects on a body lately. Take 3 litres of water daily, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables, cut down on carbohydrate rich foods, get good sleep and go really slow with your exercises- as you have swelling on your ankles.
