I Want to Leave my shyness and fear
When am in around of some people automatically some sort of shyness builds up and I can’t talk really what I want to talk for ex- when ur 1st time on stage for a speech.. it happens every time with me..not only talking another ex am a really good player of caroms but when some people stare at me I suddenly drops down..am Good speaker with closed one but wen it comes toba group of new people or in a interview I fail myself..

There is no abnormality. Most of them do have such challenges and the only way is to work on boosting your level of confidence is to face the consequences. Public speaking is a learnt skill, you can participate in debates, small presentations in your profession. There are many platforms to sharpen this skill. Look for a Toastmasters International chapter in your town and become a member. You will systematically learn the art of public speaking and do away with your shyness away and also you Wilkes meeting many interesting people. Regarding the carom game, you get distracted when someone sees you. They must be admiring the way you play, why think negative.  Focus on the game with an attitude that no one is around.  It is only you and the playing team.
