I want to know the details about report

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hi My sister was suffering from cold for 15-20 days. She was also suffering from fever in some days between. So I decided to take the test of blood including malaria and typhoid as well as urine. I m attaching the report with it, can anyone plzz explain me about the report and remedies to be taken. I also want to know whether I need medication or not, can anyone explain me about my concern and find a solution for it. I also want to know which food to be eaten and what all precaution to be needed. Malaria was also not found in report
