  4. I want to discuss about abortion pills.

I want to discuss about abortion pills..
I got positive result in pregnancy test tube. Is it accurate? If yes than I don't want to continue pregnancy. If I take abortion pills will. It hurt further pregnancy.. Or any other way to cancel pregnancy.. Its my first month to miss the periods.. Plz suggest what to do.
