Hello mam , I want to same question can you tell me when use to dermaroller before use painless cream ? Because i have 7 dermaroller session i get good result but i want to do dermaroller at home and after dermaroller use to moisturiser cream .. plz help me...

Hello! I am not sure what you mean by skin pores as it could either be actual open pores or acne scars which look like open pores. Anyhow dermaroller can be done in both conditions. Dermaroller is a skilled procedure which should be done by a specialist alone. The recommendations for home based dermaroller is the 0.5mm. A numbing cream is not required for this size and mild rolling should be done. Do not go beyond 0.5mm dermaroller at home as it may be dangerous in unskilled hands. Rolling should be done on clean face and properly disinfect the roller if you plan to use it again. Apply a bland moisturiser following the procedure and use sunscreen in day time.
