You had a baby 9 years back when you were 28 yrs. which is an optimal age for conception. Female age is one of the most important factors affecting fertility. After the age of 35yrs, fertility potential shows a steep decline so it is important to have fertility check. Since you already have a baby, your chances of conception are good if not great. Having one abortion does not really increase your chance of a repeat abortion nor does it have any great impact on your fertility.
Next Steps
Do tests to check your fertility potential which include hormonal check and an ultrasound. Your spouse's semen check should be done.
Health Tips
Get onto planning for pregnancy as early as possible. Also once you are pregnant have all detailed ultrasound and blood screening to check for the wellbeing of your baby. Happy motherhood to you!!

Hello. A healthy diet and lifestyle is the first thing you should follow. Also start on folic acid supplements. See a gynaecologist as soon as you come to know of pregnancy
