I’ve got a bruise

10/20 I fell on a metal cage and I got two huge bruises and a puncture wound. The bruise near the bottom of my shin is reddish purple directly where I smacked the hell out of it. Around the reddish purple is just a bluish bruise. The reddish purple doesn’t have a lot of feeling. I put some neosporin on a cutip to rub it over the bruise since there was a little cut there, and noticed I could barely feel it. I’m wondering if I should be concerned or if this is normal for a bruise like this.
