I 've been having fever with urine disor

Hai, I hope the first doctor has given you some medications and advised to do the urine routine. Need to know about the results and proper symptoms and the medications you are having. If you are having symptoms of Urinary Tract infection (UTI) and your urine routine investigation supports that, then need to give urine for culture and sensitivity test which will take atleast 3 days to get the primary report. Meanwhile you can start an antibiotic preferably either of Tab.Norfloxacin 400mg 1--0--1 × 5days or Tab. Nitrofurantoin 100mg 1--0--1 × 5 days (provided you don't have any known allergy to above mentioned medicines or that group). And based on the culture and sensitivity test after 3 days we can understand whether the above started medicine is effective or not. If it is sensitive you can complete the course, if the bacterium identified is resistant to the above medicine we will change as per the test report. May I suggest, 1. Do urine routine & urine C&S 2. Tab. Norflox 400mg 1--0--1 × 5 days 3. Cap. Cranbee 1--0--1 × 5 days 4. Syp. Citralka 2tsp in half glass water twice daily 5. Tab. Pantop 40mg 1--0--0 × 5 days (half hour before food)

Please discontinue the medicines if you feel any discomfort. its always better consult properly in direct with proper symptoms, and details and to undergo thorough examination in direct with a physician and to get diagnosed and to start treatment. make sure that you are having UTI before starting these medications and my suggestion.
