Hello doctor,
I took emergency contraceptive pills on 13 April and my periods ended on 11 April and I had a unprotected sex on 12th April, In morning on 13 April I took emergency contraceptive pills
I had no problem till now but yesterday bleeding started and I'm having severe bleeding and vagina , is it normal or it is due to some complications? Can you tell me please

Emergency pills are known to cause irregular vaginal bleeding delayed periods
So bleeding post ipill is a side effect called withdrawal bleed not ur periods
Also thy hv a high failure rate
