Asked for Male, 23 Years

Every monsoon the area besides my toe nail swell with puss and even after removing puss the area becomes reddish and stays swollen. I don't feel any pain unless i press the red area. I soak the toe with hot water for 2-3 mins daily. can you suggest some ointment. Please don't ask me to see a doctor. please.
