I think it is tinea
As i learnd by googling i found it must b tinea..as it is it has the symptomes it form round and middle the skin is little bumped but the ring like is so itchy,redish..some times it bleeds when i stratch on it i need a medicin to cure this i was previously using dermi5,ringguard,itchguard..but it all gave a temperory result but again it returns..so what can be the medicin or lotion or cream for this to stop permenantely..i cant sit in a place for a long time or i cant wear tight cloths i need a solution for this

You may be suffering from tinea which is fungal infection. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Mistreatment with over the counter Steroid containing creams like fourderm, panderm, quadriderm, dermi 5, candid b etc lead to repeated case of recurrence and also side effects due to application.
