I think I may be pregnant

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I haven't had a period since the beginning of September. I took a pregnancy test, but it came back negative. Ever since then Ive had a very faint red color in my discharge when I use the bathroom. Also after I had sex I had a redish pink colored mucus or discharge when I wiped myself. I was wondering if I need to make an appointment to see a doctor or take another pregnancy test?
