Brown blood at beginning of period.
Hey, me and my girlfriend are both worried that she might be pregnant. We were both in the moment and was about to do unprotected sex but stopped when my tip just touched the outside of her vagina. A week has passed and she started bleeding brown. The next day (today) it turned back to regular red blood but later on, it was pink blood. My girlfriend has been under a lot of stress and is also anorexic. She may be anemic and has a poor diet.
Is there any chance at all that she might be pregnant, have a miscarriage, or anything else?

No. I absolutely don't think that she is or was pregnant.
What i would advise you is stay away from doing all such things without protection.
Rest is upto you.
