I think I have OCD and I need advice.
Constantly, whenever I'm boiling the kettle, I can't let it flick off on its own, I have to flick it off myself or have someone else do it. As it gets closer to finishing boiling, I begin feeling anxious and force myself to run and click it off. I also have to count the stairs everytime I walk up/down them. If I forget, I have to go back and count them. Whenever I burn my lip (smoker), I'm forced to burn my other one for it to feel right. The same happens whenever I get punched in the arm.

Yes these are definitely symptoms of OCD. It can be mild to severe which needs assessment depending on which treatment can be planned. If it's mild behavioural therapy will do if severe you will require both medicine and behavioural therapy.
