I am a 17 year old student.
I usually space out during normal conversations. Often have to ask the person to repeat whatever is being told to me.
I loose my focus in the first couple of minutes in class and can't seem to come back.
I find in hard to wake up on time and get to school easily.
Every time I study, I space out. I often don't know what I am even reading.
I am very disorganized. Have trouble with my long term goals and completing big tasks. How do I get a proper diagnosis?

I understand your concern. The way to find out if you have adhd or not is to undergo a complete and detailed evaluation with a psychiatrist. It is easily manageable with appropriate medications and some therapy so that dysfunction due to adhd can be reduced and your quality of life will improve. I would also be more than happy to help you with that if you are looking for online assistance. You can directly consult with me through Practo as needed. Online chat consultation is available.
