I often feel pain in my chest last month
I have taken my full body check up even ECG also its all normal and my Cholesterol level is 229 and sometime i feel very weak also my hemoglobin is 12 my weight is 50 kindly guide me why i feel SO weak THANKS AND REGARDS

Your symptoms may not be heart related however needs further evaluation with stress cardiac test, echocardiogram and other blood tests. Kindly consult cardiologist in your vicinity
