Murocmycosis or black fungus is commonly found as a complication in post Covid 19 patients. If you were Covid 19 positive , kindly get an in depth consultation and clinical assessment of ur condition, also a MRI of the paranasal sinuses is very helpful in establishing a definitive diagnosis.

Check for pus discharge from gums or tooth movement , pain in the teeth or jaws . Please don’t get alarmed and panic . If any of the above symptoms are not present , it may just be a melanin deposition in the maxillary palate. Again , I will insist fir a dental clinical assessment before jumping to any conclusions.
