My mental health is going down very rapidly. The symptoms are like talking with myself without any reason, lots of overthinking and crying about those reasons etc. and at the end handling those suicidal thoughts. These symptoms increase specifically at night without any reason that's why I can't sleep. The behaviour I do during the suicidal thoughts i cannot handle now.I feel that I will not be able to survive if the symptoms are go increase a little bit more.. I feel helpless because I do not have any family support about this...they don't even know that I am going through these things. Hence, I can't consult any doctor or therapy.I need some serious help.

Hi
You need someone to talk to who understands what’s happening in your mind. If your family isn’t supportive, it’s okay—you can still reach out to a therapist privately, even online. For now, start small: write down your thoughts before bed, take short walks, avoid scrolling late night, and try deep breathing when panic rises. But please don’t wait. Therapy will give you tools to deal with all this safely—your pain deserves attention, not silence.
Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
You are brave enough that you are taking consultation for help online, if your family members are not supporting, you must plan in person consultation with a psychiatrist as soon as possible. Your symptoms are suggestive of severe depression that need to be further explored in terms of onset, frequency, duration. These symptoms worsen at night as at that time, our mind is free, we are not doing any work so thoughts come again and again, during day time we are busy and scheduled for work. Do not waste time, be gentle to yourself and take consultation to a nearby psychiatrist ASAP
