You have mentioned you have anxiety issues. If you have taken tablets for any of your illnesses and stopped taking them? Or completed the course and not taking them now?  Could be the reason. In that case please contact your Doctor and he can direct you better. Apart from that everything you have told looks like an anxiety issue. If you are going for therapy sessions please follow the relaxation techniques they taught you when you feel anxious. And continue them on a regular basis. If you haven't tried therapy yet and i would strongly recommend you for therapy sessions. Hope you get better.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychotherapist and also consult with Neuropsychatrist

I'm really sorry to hear that you're experiencing these distressing symptoms. There are several potential causes for sensations like brain shivers and vibrations. These symptoms could be related to anxiety, stress, or other mental health conditions. It's positive that your blood tests, ECG, and oxygen levels are normal, indicating that there may not be a serious physical issue. However, it's crucial to consult with a healthcare professional to get a proper diagnosis. A doctor or mental health specialist can conduct a thorough evaluation of your symptoms, medical history, and overall health. They may also consider factors like your anxiety and stress levels. Based on their assessment, they can provide appropriate guidance, suggest potential treatments, or refer you to a specialist if needed.
