I may have chlamdydia

I took the Dr Lal Pathlab's STD panel test in June, to calm some doubts about my sexual health post a possible exposure in January. Chlamydia shows equivocal. Vaginal discharge with an absolutely putrid smell and small hurting bump that seemed to be caused folliculitis started to develop. What test should I take to determine how bad my condition is
