If you have sleeping disorder kindly check your biological rhythm. Are you in habbit of sleeping late at night and waking up late in morning. Are you having addiction problem bec it also causes sleep problems. If you don't have addiction problem then follow sleep hygiene such as setting your sleeping time, no nicotine or caffeine after 6 pm, slight meditation before sleep, taking warm water bath before going to sleep. Do not think about your sleep for the entire day.
