I'm have pain in my knee and calf muscl
I'm 25 male
Whenever i go to poop i feel pain while standing up . I poop in sqaut like position bcos i have a commode like that. Nothing can be done regarding that.
I also feel pain in my calf muscle while sleeping sometimes during night.
I have to stand up in the middle of the night to eAse it up.
