It's been a year or two since I've felt that my appetite is constantly active and I barely feel satiated. I eat healthy food everyday and I used to get full just like normal people after they have eaten a meal. However, nowadays I'm feeling a weird starvation before and after meal and I'm controlling myself from overeating. This is very new to me and I don't know what to do about it.
