I intensely overthink everything
I focus on 50 things at once , I don’t feel normal the way I walk the way I talk , I don’t like it when people can hear me breathing .. even outside. I think of everyone’s response, negative, positive, sexual, while paying attention to the conversation. I get all tripped out and think peoples faces I know what they’re thinking, and they’re honking negative about me. When I’m in front of people I get overwhelmed, I assume peoples reactions.
