I am having lower abdomen pain since last 4 months it happen all day and stops at evening it happen from last 4 months I attached my usg report

Okay pain can be due to soft gall stone which might have slipped down to CBD . Plz get an MRCP done to confirm gall stone or poly . Then review for further treatment.
