As I am a student residing in campus hostel, food is not good, no proper nutrition, so resulting in weight loss and weakness, please suggest me safe health drink so I can take with milk.

1. Maintain meal gaps: take small and frequent meals every 2-3 hours.
2. Walk after every meal for 15-20 minutes, it will boost up your metabolism and you will be able to consume sufficient food.

If you have access to kettle, u can have cereal pulse mix, like Manna health mix or home made cereal pulse mix (sathu maavu). If not u can have mixed nuts powder(1 tsp) mixed with milk twice daily.
