I have vitligo

I have vitligo since i was 8 years old, first it was a small dot on my feet then it started spreading all over my feet and my family started ayurvedic treatment for it and then it stopped spreading. It was there on my feets only and was not spreading since 5 years but recently i has started to spread again, what should i do or can you suggest me good doctors or treatments to cure it please .
