This may be an adverse effect of drugs used to treat malaria. It should get relieved in 1-2 weeks. If it persists, or deteriorates, or is unbearable, consult a Physician. Many antimalarials act on inner ear, which is a crucial part of our body's mechanism to sense it's position. If there is anything wrong, our sense of body position is disturbed and we feel dizzy.
