I have uti since 2 years
I have uti since 2 years I having right flank pain rediate to growin I took many antibiotic treatment like levoflox Ciprofloxacin amoxiclav frinum 200 alkasol syrup but there is no relief my medical reports KFT is normal USG W/A also normal but urine routine showing 4-5 puss cells and urine culture showing E.coli and having right flank pain also is this is pylonephritis or not or normal uti without pylonephritis

Persistent UTI with flank pain and E.coli needs proper urologic evaluation. Normal KFT/USG makes severe pyelonephritis less likely, but recurrent/partially treated infection, stones, prostatitis or obstruction should be ruled out. Avoid repeated self-antibiotics and consult with culture reports.
