I have tiny bumps all over my arms

Asked for Female, 20 Years

It’s been around 2 ish years? Since I have had them. They looks like clusters of tiny pimples but haven’t gone away. What should I do to get rid of them for good? I have just been using coconut oil and tons of lotion but i don’t know what else to do.

The clusters of tiny bumps on your arms can be a manifestation of Keratosis pilaris or lichen nitidus or phrynoderma or pseudofolliculitis , etc. An examination and evaluation would be needed to accurately diagnose and manage further treatment.
