Since 2012 I've had pimples on my scalp and it's very painful. I have visited several doctors and tried several medicines ( i.e isotretinoin , fucibet , minoxidil) The Medicines fix the issue for a short time but pimples always come back. Last month tried fucibet for treatment. Over the years my pimples on the scalp has spread all over the scalp, started in the back and sides but is now everywhere, now my hair has also become very thin. They are white and filled with puss, itch so much I can't leave them be and they are hurting a buck ton. It's hard to move my head around because the skin press on these things. Tell me how to fix it permanently ? Is it curable ? What is it ?
