There can various causes for increased TSH even after taking thyronorm 1. Your hypothyroidism is progressing so you might need higher dose of thyronorm 2. Thyronorm needs to be taken in empty stomach otherwise it's absorption is decreased 3. Some medicines can hamper absorption of thyronorm
