I have swollen nerves in my scrotom

Sometimes my testicals hurt (mainly the left one) and I have a mild back pain too . I've had these swollen nerves from 3years thinking they would go .but now I want to consult a doctor .

Hi, description makes me think that you might have varicocele, but hernia / hydrocele also should be ruled out. You need to meet urologist, get ultrasound of testis. Caution: Varicocele might effect sperm count.
