Suggestions for Left side empty scrotom

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I am 26 year old un married person I have not done any surgery. Sir till 2013 I have both testis but from 2013-14 I have loss my scrotom automatically now I have no pain please suggest me what can I do for this. Sir I attached my all doctors ultrasound report of AIIMS Patna, IGIMS Patna I also attach a report of 2008 in which it is shown that I have both testis. Please suggest as soon as possible.
