From the image, the small rough bumps on the upper arm appear consistent with keratosis pilaris, a common and harmless condition where keratin blocks hair follicles, giving a rough “chicken skin” texture. Next Steps ✔️ Keep the skin well moisturized and avoid harsh scrubbing ✔️ Use gentle cleansers and moisturizers regularly ✔️ For proper evaluation and suitable treatment options, you can take an online consultation with me so I can guide you with the right skincare plan. Helpful Tip Keratosis pilaris is common and manageable, and regular skin care helps improve the texture over time.

Hi...this is not skin infection....it's called as keratosis pilaris...which is seen in those who have dry skin with a hereditary component also present. If there are any symptoms associated with it or want to get it treated for cosmetic concern...can do consultation.
