I have skin problem.

Asked for Male, 19 Years

My skin layer not grew up in stomach when I born. Now skin layers starts development slowly. Ayurvedic treatment says it will take time to develop, as atmosphere change skin will definitely develop. My problem is can I swim, means I learned swimming but because of my this problem, no one permit to have swimming Can you please help me.
