I have seviar headach,fevr,bdy pains
I have been suffering from seviar headach ,body pains and fever from 3 days.i am using dolo 650,the fever is getting low and then again coming night times.i doubt its viral fever/typhoid.please suggest me what to do,whom to consult? Is any diagnosis needed.i live in yousufguda , Hyderabad
