I have severe pelvic pain..

Asked for Female, 48 Years

Im 48 yr old femake and im having severe pain in my abdomen pelvic area..scaning report said i have bulky uterus.my endometrium is nearly 12mm im postmenopausal and i dont have any vaginal bleeding or irregular periods. Am i suffeering frm endometrial cancer?
