I have severe hairfall from few months

Asked for Female, 37 Years

When consulted skin specialist, she asked me to take few tests, follihair tablet, mynoxidil lotion and wellgrow serum. My thyroid levels are in control. Hairfall is still not stopped. I started taking these medicines from past 25 days. Attached are my reports.
