No injection or treatment for common cold is there. Take steam inhalation and nasal decongestants such as Otrivin. Also Cover your nose while feeding.

Milk passage of medicines is minimal. No need to avoid any medication because you are breastfeeding as your health is equally important.
There is no injection for runny nose
