I have ringworm on my back

Asked for Female, 21 Years

U have suggested me sertaconozole oint bt that is not working nor the tablets are ..it has been 3 days I know u have told me to continue till 10 days ...but I xpcted some sort of relief afta consuming them...what should I do for this
