I had take treatment of this for previous 4 year .then from previous nov. i left it ..i start exercise ..nd i feel good,,but these problem some time increse.at,,in form of exam fear ,,carrier anxiety,,negative feeling also..sometime i feel totaly well ..like .bt when we think abut my carrier nd mark this always made me sad ..i donot take treatment by medicine .b/z i am student i canoot arrange it.so p/z suggest me a best way ..where i get fit by other technique to control it ..

The best thing is u need to start meditation n along with that swimming bcz this Will only help you to being urself . N u would also be happy.
