I have persic collection issue 0.3 cc

Jan 2 nd i got miscarriage through pill due to absent of heart beat issue. NOw again I am pregnant Thursday I went for scanning I am 6 week 2 days pregnant and baby heart beat is identified 150 and I have persic collection size 0.3cc is identified in scanning.doctor said to me low risk and provide sustain 200 tablets daily 2 and bed rest.Is it risk of again miscarriage and why it's happening to me please suggest me.
