Post traumatic vertigo is very commonly because of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). It needs to be confirmed by test known as Dix Hallipike maneuver. Once confirmed treatment is very simple. Your doctor will perform something known as Epley maneuver which will cure the condition. Medicines are not of any use
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment
