वीकनेस आपको ठीक से ना खाने की वजह या time पर ना खाने से लगती है। या फिर तब जब आप धूप मे ज़्यादा रहते हैं और पानी या fluids का कम सेवन करते हैं। इसलिए आप पानी, जूस, दही, छाछ, आदि का ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा सेवन करें । आपको बेहतर लगेगा।
और हो सके तो हर २ घंटे में छोटा मोटा कुछ न कुछ खाते रहें।
