I have lost a hair lock from upper head
I have just lost a hair patch from my head and before 2-3 months it was fine as I got my hair completely saved .

You may be having alopecia areata. this is an autoimmune condition due to the attack of lymphocytes against hair roots. It results in the formation of bald patches on the scalp.
