This is happening due to increased conversion of testosterone to DHT. Thus, hair become weak from their roots(follicles) and acclerate hair fall. The good news is that this is easily treatable with ayurvedic tablets. These tablets block conversion of testosterone to DHT. At the same time, these tablets nourish hair follicles making hair strong and prevent hair fall. Just let me know whether you suffer from dandruff or not. Hi,
Best treatment for hairfall is not external but internal.
Ayurveda stresses on elimination of the reason for the disease as the first step towards treatment.
First, try to remove stress from your life. Try yoga or meditation.
Balance your lifestyle. Try to sleep early and have a good sleep. Anxiety and insomnia also cause hairfall.
Eat healthy, more of fruits and vegetables. Less oily and heavy food. Avoid constipation at all cost. Triphala powder 1-2 tsp before bed is ideal to keep constipation at bay.
Try head spa with Mahanarayan oil, mildly warmed once a week.
Oil your hair regularly, do it at night if otherwise not possible.
Hair zone spray from Himalaya has a good effect on hairfall.
