I have hyper pigmentation on my body

I Hve black spots in my body.. Full lower part is black spotted from my age of 16.very sensitive skin. Get rashes, eczema, allergy easily. Black spots are frastating. After visiting so mny doctor and medicines also nothing improved my money wasted only. If I scratch lightly also spots come easily.i m going to get married soon. Please help me out.some blck spots are too old.. Some r new. Some r rash. Some r eczema kind of some of scretching mrks. Please hlp me out
