  4. I have high TSH of 19. With high ths!

I have high TSH of 19
I am 38-year-old female. i have hypothyroidism for past 4 years. My THS has been in normal range till 3 days ago when it came 19. Four days back by BP is 161/97,but not it is normal at 120/80. please give suggestion, is there any worry with high THS
