Based on your history...u might having Upper respiratory tract infection!! First thing is to rule out...if you have any history of international travel or contact with a person with international travel history!! If no....take tab.paracetamol 650mg twice daily after food.. Tab.clarinova 500mg twice dialy after food...syp.alex 7.5ml twice daily after food...for 5days... salt water gargling and sips of warm water have soothing effect!! If u have travel/contact history reach nearest covid hospital get a throat swab taken....

Use tab dolo 650 daily 3 times And wokadine gargle daily Twice. If fever continuously high contact any govt hospital and have check up.
